As the Phantom Troupe faces off against the rival Mafia families aboard the Whale Ship, Hisoka becomes the Hunter everyone is looking for. But where did the Phantom Troupe come from, anyway? Flash back to the group’s founding and find out how this infamous gang of thieves got its start with a little help from the Mighty Sweepin’ Power Cleaners.
