6.1. Access and Delivery

• Ebooks are delivered digitally through the Platform
• You will receive access immediately upon successful payment
• Download links or access credentials will be provided via email and/or Platform account

6.2. Usage Rights

• Ebooks are licensed, not sold
• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the ebook for personal use only
• You may not share, distribute, or resell ebooks

6.3. Format and Compatibility

7. Payment Terms

10.1. Berry Rewards

• New users may receive welcome bonuses in Berries as specified in promotions
• Berries earned through purchases or activities are subject to the Platform's Rewards Terms
• Berry values and redemption options are subject to change

10.2. Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• You are liable for all activities under your account

11. Promotional Codes and Discounts

15. Warranties and Disclaimers

15.1. Physical Products: We warrant that physical products will be as described at the time of purchase. We do not warrant fitness for any particular purpose beyond normal use.

15.2. Digital Products: Ebooks are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Content accuracy is the responsibility of publishers and authors.

15.3. General Disclaimer: We make no warranties regarding third-party products or services. External links are provided for convenience without endorsement.

16. Dispute Resolution

16.1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

16.2. Resolution Process: Contact customer support first to resolve any disputes. Escalate unresolved issues through our formal dispute resolution process. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before legal action.

16.3. Arbitration: Disputes may be subject to binding arbitration as per Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

17. Modifications to Terms
